Request an FVR Score for a competitor tool

FVR (False-Verify Rate) is the rate at which a citation-checking tool wrongly marks a bad citation as “verified.” We publish our own FVR against a held-out eval set every week. Ask us to run the same eval against another vendor’s product and we’ll review the request and publish a score if we can get access to test it.

This is not an instant tool — a request queues for manual review, and we email you at the address above within 1 business day with either a published score or a status update.

We only publish an FVR score once we’ve actually run the vendor’s product against our held-out citation eval set. Requests are reviewed manually, not auto-published — this keeps the database honest rather than a flood of unverified claims.

Frequently asked questions

What is FVR?

False-Verify Rate — the rate at which a citation-checking tool wrongly marks a bad citation as "verified." We publish our own FVR against a held-out eval set every week.

Is requesting a vendor's FVR score free?

Yes — submitting a request through this form is free.

Will every request get a published score?

No. Requests are reviewed manually, not auto-published, and a score is only published once we've actually run the vendor's product against our held-out citation eval set. This keeps the database honest rather than a flood of unverified claims.

How long does it take to hear back?

We email you within 1 business day of a complete request, whether or not a score ends up published.
