The appellant produced a business plan / prévisionnel that the liquidator and court found was generated via a website using artificial intelligence based on data provided by the manager and 'invented of all pieces'. The court held the AI-generated forecasts were not supported by any accounting records, were not reliable or probative, and therefore could not establish realistic prospects of redressement. As a result the prévisionnel was discounted in the court's assessment and the liquidation judgment was confirmed.
